If it doesn’t allow you to add as many dolls as you need, it simply means we’re currently at capacity and can only accept the number it permits today. You can still check out for the available dolls, and we’re happy to place any additional dolls you need on a waitlist and confirm with you after checkout.

Sealing & Curing: Each doll goes through a multi-phase sealing process with a full cure time of ~21 days to protect the artwork and prevent discoloration. This is intentional heirloom work—never rushed.

Your initial payment applies toward the final total and reserves your spot in the custom queue.

Watch for your emails
You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by instructions for submitting photos and details.

We review + send a final price breakdown
Complexity and special requests are confirmed first. You’ll approve the final pricing before any remaining balance is requested.

Remaining balance paid → painting begins
Once paid, your order enters the painting queue and begins production.

Typical turnaround is 1–3 months. Sealing and curing takes an additional ~21 days to complete properly.
